



Former chef to the Saudi Royal family as well as a number of celebrities, Paul Griffith has created a gastronomic experience that combines both the atmosphere of a country inn with a regularly changing menu that uses only the best locally sourced organic meat and vegetables. Our fish is landed overnight in Newlyn, Looe and Brixham and could include anything from line-caught sea bass to fresh cornish oysters.
The bar has an extensive selection of draught ales and lagers and our wine list features many fine wines from around the world, selected by Paul Griffith both for their quality and value.
